§1 Definitions
Service – the website available at promptstocheck.com
Administrator – 1Bit Patryk Sulejczak.
User – natural person using the Service after acceptance of these Regulations.
§2 General provisions
These Regulations define the principles for the use and operation of the Service.
Acceptance of the Regulations is a condition for using the Service.
§3 Scope of Service
The Service offers its Users recipes, advice, rankings and the possibility to make purchases in an online shop.
All content available on the Service is for information purposes and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the law.
§4 Intellectual property rights
Photographs and graphics published in the Service are property of the Administrator or they come from external services: stock.adobe.com, shutterstock.com and freepik.com.
Unauthorised use, copying or dissemination of materials available in the Service is forbidden and subject to legal sanctions.
§5 Contact with the Administrator of the Service
The Administrator provides Users with means of communication in the form of telephone contact, e-mail address and contact form.
The data made available are only used for communication related to the activity of the Website.
The use of contact data for other purposes, including inclusion in automatic dialing lists or sending unauthorised messages, is prohibited.
All communication with the Administrator is recorded and archived in accordance with applicable law.

The Website may contain affiliate links and links to partner offers.
Clicking on such links does not generate additional costs for the User, but may financially support the activity of the Website.
The Website administrator is not responsible for the content of external websites, including those redirected by affiliate links.

The Website may use ordinary and contextual advertisements that may be displayed to Users based on the content of the pages viewed or the User’s behaviour on the Website.

The User has the right to block the display of contextual advertising, however this may affect the functionality and availability of certain elements of the Website.

The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure that the Website operates uninterruptedly, but does not guarantee that there will be no interruptions in its access or that there will be no errors.
The Administrator shall not be held liable for the consequences of the Users’ use of the Website, including any decisions made on the basis of content posted on the Website.
§9 Final provisions
Any disputes arising from use of the Service shall be settled by a court with jurisdiction over the Administrator’s registered office.
The Administrator reserves the right to unilaterally amend the Terms of Use. Users will be informed about changes on the main page of the Service.
In matters not covered by these Terms of Use, the provisions of the Civil Code and other applicable provisions of the laws of the Republic of Poland shall apply.
